US Government Agencies Testifing Today About Importance of Clean Energy and Green Jobs

senateToday, Tuesday, July 7, 2009 Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Lisa P. Jackson, Energy Secretary Steven Chu, Interior Secretary Ken Salazar and Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack will testify before the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee. They will focus on the importance of creating a system of clean energy incentives that will spur the development of new sources of energy and millions of green jobs while confronting the threat of carbon pollution.
