Lost Creek Operation & Maintenance Manager

We are currently seeking an Operation & Maintenance Manager to join our team!
Position Overview
Wind Capital Group, a developer, owner and operator of renewable power generation assets, seeks an energetic and experienced individual to manage the Lost Creek Wind Farm in DeKalb County, MO.
Essential Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the day to day operation and maintenance activities of the facility in a safe and environmentally sound manner.
- Prepare and implement plant operating and maintenance procedures ensuring compliance with all Federal, State and Local requirements.
- Supervise on-site operations and maintenance contractors.
- Prepare annual operating budgets and periodic status reports.
- Interface and coordinate with local stakeholders, service providers and suppliers.
- Procure materials and services necessary for sustained operation of the facility.
- Ensure compliance with all project safety, environmental, NERC and contractual responsibilities.
- Provide a high level of professionalism and technical expertise.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2-5 years required experience in the wind industry
- 5-10 years required experience in general plant maintenance
- Experience with spreadsheet, inventory, and word processing software
- Experience with SCADA software
