My military and professional experience is in environmental planning and emergency management. I have designed a training program that would form collarborative partnerships with local educational systems, businesses, faith based organizations, other non-profit orgainizations. This program is designed to provide the location and resources for a pilot green technology farm to be located in North Carolina this program will become an asset to the local communities and the state. The program encourages populations that are hard to place in traditional workplace settings. There are some programs for individuals with disabilities. I need funding and wouto work with the VA.
